Service Level Agreements
If your system is unwarranted you can obtain a warranty from Squiz through a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which will provide you with the following benefits:
- Warranty support for Squiz Matrix
- Squiz will proactively notify you of security concerns relating to your version of Matrix,
- Squiz will provide you with software patches and bug fixes at no additional cost,
- Faults logged through Squiz’s Support Desk (only available to clients with SLA's) with be prioritised above those raised by the general user community. Additionally, Squiz actively keeps SLA clients informed of their request’s processing status and notifies them when a resolution is available,
- Access to new scripts that significantly improve the upgrade process and automate many of the actions involved. The new scripts will only work for newer versions of Squiz Matrix (3.28 +) and will only be available to clients with a valid SLA.
